These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Vibratory Technologies, LLC (DBA Quantum Veil) ("Quantum Veil," "Quick.Ink," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at 1840 Oak Industrial Dr NE #1045, Grand Rapids, MI 49505, USA. Please read carefully before using our platform, Quick.Ink (the "Service").

By accessing or using Quick.Ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1. Overview of Service

Quick.Ink provides a digital platform specifically designed for tattoo studios and artists to manage business operations, including client communication, consultations, appointment scheduling, digital deposits, client paperwork, analytics, and financial tracking. Our services integrate third-party providers including Google Calendar, Google Analytics, Stripe, Zoho Creator, Zoho Booking, Zoho Subscriptions, and Zoho Flow.

2. Account Creation and Management

2.1 Account Eligibility and Creation

To access Quick.Ink, you must submit an onboarding application. Quantum Veil reserves the right to approve or deny applications at our sole discretion. Users under 18 require authorization according to state-specific labor and tattoo regulations.

2.2 Account Maintenance and Termination

Accounts inactive for 300 consecutive days will receive email notifications about possible termination. After 365 consecutive days of inactivity, accounts will be permanently deleted, and all associated data removed.

2.3 Suspension or Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Suspended accounts may appeal by contacting Quantum Veil for review and possible reinstatement.

3. User Types

• Tattoo studio owners, managers, booking agents, artists, and other studio employees.

• Independent tattoo artists.
   

 

4. Payment and Billing Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

Client deposits are handled securely through Stripe, with payments immediately transferred to the artist or studio responsible for the booking.

Quick.Ink subscriptions are managed through Zoho Billing. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Client deposits: Non-refundable, regardless of appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
  Subscription fees: Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Quantum Veil reserves the right to review and investigate refund requests, which may require consultation.

4.3 Subscription Plans and Fees

• Independent artists: $69/month

  • Or $659/year

• Studio plan: $99/month (includes predefined user accounts) + $19/month per additional artist

  • Or 949/year

• Additional Artists: $19/mo

  • Or $179/year
     

 

5. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership rights to their submitted content, including client records, images, documentation, and related data. Quick.Ink reserves the right to use this data internally for service improvement purposes only.

5.2 Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

Quick.Ink respects intellectual property rights. To report suspected infringement, provide written notification including proof of ownership and a description of the infringement to legal@quick.ink. Quick.Ink will review such claims promptly and may remove infringing content and suspend associated accounts pending resolution.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Quick.Ink is dedicated to user privacy. Data is securely collected and stored within Zoho Creator, used exclusively within Quantum Veil for operational and improvement purposes. We do not sell user information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details.

7. Acceptable and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Acceptable Use

Use Quick.Ink exclusively for legitimate tattoo studio-related management activities including client communication, appointment management, financial tracking, and analytics.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access or attempted access to accounts or data.

• Distribution of abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal content.

• Conducting or facilitating illegal tattoo activities.

• Unauthorized sharing of personal client/user data.
   

 

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Quick.Ink, Quantum Veil, their officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from inaccurate client-provided information.

• Physical or emotional harm related to tattoo procedures booked through our platform.

• Financial losses due to cancellations, scheduling errors, or deposit disputes between users and clients.
   

8.2 Disclaimers of Information Accuracy and Safety

Quick.Ink provides administrative and operational tools only. We are not responsible for verifying the safety, legality, or accuracy of tattoos or health information provided by clients. Users must independently confirm adherence to all applicable regulations and safety guidelines.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quick.Ink, Quantum Veil, and its officers, affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from and against all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Breaches of these Terms.

• Negligent use or misuse of the platform.

• Violations of laws, rules, or regulations.
   

 

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Dispute Resolution

Disputes must initially undergo good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, binding arbitration shall occur under American Arbitration Association rules in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. By accepting these Terms, you waive participation in class-action or class-wide arbitration.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

11. Modifications to Terms of Service

Quantum Veil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will receive email notifications of significant changes, with summaries and links to the updated Terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Third-party Services

Quick.Ink integrates with third-party services:

• Stripe (Payment processing)

• Google Calendar (Scheduling)

• Google Analytics (Data Analytics)

• Zoho Creator (Hosting)

• Zoho Booking (Subscription Management)

• Zoho Flow (Integrations)

Users agree to abide by respective third-party terms and policies.

13. Assignment of Rights and Account Transfers

Requests for transferring accounts or data require a consultation involving Quantum Veil and both parties involved. Approval is subject to verification and validation at Quantum Veil’s discretion.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary. Remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
